Service Radar Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Service Radar website and services (collectively, the "Services") operated by Service Radar ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Description of Services
Service Radar provides independent local service businesses with a daily morning brief of local opportunities. The brief may include signals such as customer requests, competitor activity, weather or demand shifts, review changes, and suggested replies.
The Services are a monitoring and drafting tool only. Service Radar does not:
- Contact customers, leads, or competitors on your behalf
- Send messages, emails, or posts
- Take any external action without your explicit approval
You remain fully in control of all decisions and actions.
2. Free Pilot and Paid Services
We may offer a free 7-day pilot. After the pilot, continued use of the Services requires a paid subscription. Pricing, billing terms, and cancellation rights will be presented to you at the time you subscribe. You may cancel a paid subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
3. Your Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for:
- Reviewing the daily briefs
- Deciding whether and how to act on any information or suggested replies
- The accuracy of the information you provide during setup (trade, service area, preferences, etc.)
- Complying with all applicable laws when contacting customers or conducting business
4. No Guarantee of Results
The information and suggested replies provided by Service Radar are for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee that you will obtain leads, jobs, revenue, or any specific business outcome. Results depend entirely on your decisions and actions.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Service Radar and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Services or your reliance on any brief or suggested reply.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
6. Account and Information
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information when setting up your brief. Our collection and use of your information is described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Changes to the Services and Terms
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. We may also update these Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent version. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.
